Use Bull Digger to break up, remove and contain the fill. As the hole gets deeper, The Bull Digger's handles were designed to push the tube into the hole preventing the sides from caving in. Remove the Bull Digger from the sleeve. The result is a clean hole. After back filling the hole with concrete or soil, either remove or leave the tube in place.
